You have to go check out the fun new digis over at SCACD. This cute little digi is titled "Boo" Isn't he adorable. I made an Autumn moonlight scene using this sweet little character and one of Susana's beautiful dies - Breezy Branches.
The background is design paper from Authentique's Spirited Collection 6" x 6" paper pad. I used some Ranger Distress Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo and Dried Marigold ink pads direct to paper on the design paper. Next I sponged on a few wisps of white pigment ink to give it sort of a mysterious foggy night look.
I printed out the Boo digital image on Georgia Pacific 110 weight white cardstock and colored it with Copic markers. The ghost is colored with B01, B00, B000, B0000, C01, E40 and E41. The pumpkin is colored with R08, YR09, YR07, YR04, Y17, Y07, Y04, G24, G21 and YG25. I did this a second time with a slightly smaller version of the Boo image. Both were fussy cut out. The bigger Boo sentiment was cut out separately to look like a word bubble.
A 1 3/4" circle was punched out of white cardstock and also colored with the same YR and Y Copic colors. This was then clued down in the upper left corner.
I cut out the Breezy Branches Die 4 times and colored them with Copics using the same YR, Y, G, and YG colors listed above as well as E49, 47, 44, 39, 35, 29 and 25. The negatives of the cut out branches dies were used as stencils and sponged in the upper left corner, including on top of the moon, using Walnut Stain Distress ink. A couple of the die cut branches were glued down over the moon.
The two ghosts, Boo sentiment and pumpkin were popped up with dimensional foam tape. The rest of the branches were cut apart and glued down at the bottom of the scene. The scene was matted on light orange, black and orange cardstock.
