Birthday Wishes - Card Exchange

Earlier this month we did a card exchange at a local stamping group I belong to.
This was the card I made for the exchange.

The inside sentiment says:
Hope your day just sparkles.

The background was created by sponging between two Post-It! Notes with Stampin' Up! Taken With Teal ink.  The Crafter's Workshop stencil was sponged over the teal with Stampin' Up! Baja Breeze ink.  The single flower was inked with a Stampin' Up Taken With Teal Marker and VersaMark ink, then heat embossed with Holographic embossing powder. The group of flowers was stamped by inking with Baja Breeze and Taken With Teal markers. They were then accented with Soft Sky and Tempting Turquoise markers after stamping.  Star Dust Stickles were added for a bit more sparkle. The piece is matted on Taken With Teal A2 cardstock.

Stamps used:
flowers - Dreamy #40-102 cling and Tweet Tweet #30-158 acrylic set by Penny Black, Inc
sentiment - Stampin' Up! Simply Sketched set
inside sentiment - Inky Antics Swirly Dragonflies acrylic set

Another wintery day here.
Thanks for stopping by.
